Kanun\u2019un 13. maddesinin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131 uyar\u0131nca veri sorumlusu olan<b> TEKTA\u015e SAAT\u00c7\u0130L\u0130K VE AKSESUAR T\u0130CARET ANON\u0130M \u015e\u0130RKET\u0130 <\/b>(VKN: 8360054079) (<b>&#8220;Tekta\u015f Trend&#8221; <\/b>veya<b> \u201c\u015eirket\u201d<\/b>) bu haklara ili\u015fkin olarak yap\u0131lacak ba\u015fvurular\u0131n yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak iletilmesi gerekmektedir.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Haklar\u0131n\u0131za ve Kanun\u2019un uygulanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin taleplerinizi, <a href=\"https:\/\/tektastrend.com\/tr\/\"><b>www.tektastrend.com<\/b><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.elvanlapiscosmetics.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><b><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/a> adresinden veya taraf\u0131m\u0131zdan temin edebilece\u011finiz ba\u015fvuru formunu doldurarak veya a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da yaz\u0131l\u0131 asgari unsurlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan \u015fartlarla birlikte iletebilirsiniz;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li>Islak imzal\u0131 \u015fekilde <i>\u201c<\/i><b><i>Harbiye Mah. S\u00f6z konusu unsurlar\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131rmayan ba\u015fvurular \u015eirket taraf\u0131ndan reddedilecek ve\/veya ge\u00e7erli ba\u015fvuru kanallar\u0131na y\u00f6nlendirilecektir.<\/p><p>Tekta\u015f Trend\u2019e iletilmi\u015f olan ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131z Kanun\u2019un 13. maddesinin 2. f\u0131kras\u0131 gere\u011fince, talebin niteli\u011fine g\u00f6re, talebinizin \u015eirket\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren \u201cen k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ve en ge\u00e7 30 (otuz) g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde\u201d yan\u0131tlanacakt\u0131r. \u015eirket\u2019in vermi\u015f oldu\u011fu yan\u0131tlar yine Kanun\u2019un 13. maddesi gere\u011fince taraf\u0131n\u0131za yaz\u0131l\u0131 veya elektronik ortam \u00fczerinden ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p>Tekta\u015f Trend\u2019in ba\u015fvuru usullerine ili\u015fkin Kurul karar\u0131 veya ileride \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak yasal d\u00fczenlemelere y\u00f6nelik de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapma hakk\u0131 sakl\u0131d\u0131r. Ki\u015fisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu\/Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan ba\u015fkaca ba\u015fvuru y\u00f6ntemi belirlenerek duyurusu yap\u0131l\u0131rsa, bu y\u00f6ntemlerle ilgili duyurular Tekta\u015f Trend\u2019e ait internet sitesi \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u0130\u015fbu form, Tekta\u015f Trend ile olan ili\u015fkinizi tespit ederek, varsa \u015eirket taraf\u0131ndan i\u015flenen ki\u015fisel verilerinizi eksiksiz olarak belirleyerek, ba\u015fvurunuza do\u011fru ve kanuni s\u00fcresinde cevap verilebilmesi i\u00e7in tanzim edilmi\u015ftir.
